Course description

The PRINCE2™ course will focus on equipping the Delegate with a detailed knowledge of the PRINCE2™ method including the eight processes, eight components and three techniques central to running a project using the PRINCE2™ method. The successful completion of the Foundation & Practitioner Exam will give the Delegate a recognised Practitioner qualification.

This course lays a firm grounding for the Delegate to apply the PRINCE2™ method to projects in the work place.
